CLUES (CLUster Energy Saving) INDIGO Extensions

• indigo_orchestrator.py: CLUES plugin to connect with the INDIGO orchestrator. Copy it to the cluesplugins directory of CLUES.
• condor.py: CLUES plugin to connect with the HTCondor.
• mesos.py: CLUES plugin to connect with the Mesos, Chronos, and Marathon.
